The time it takes to ship your order depends on the processing time and shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.) and PayPal for your convenience.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as necessary.

We strive to process orders quickly, so if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of ordering. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If your tracking number isn’t working, please allow some time for the tracking information to update. In some cases, tracking information may take up to 3-4 business days to become available. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
